Abstract

The labor work on attendance demands lots of work, and timeliness is strong. On the past, enterprise adopts signing to manage,and the efficiency and transparency are relatively poor. Development of database technology have the immeasurable effect to build Management Information System for enterprise. It is proved that database plays an role in the enterprise administration. With development of data technology and informationize construction of enterprise go along ,management by using computer of the attendance becomes an irresistible trend. The administrative data technology saves plenty of manpower and material resources,and amount of work have lightened the staff who do attendance work. All statistics and calculation managed by computer , management system of attendance plays an important role in the enterprise rationalization and the informationize enterprise construction.At the same time, it is also beneficial to reinforce the administration of sensitive resource , and make them safe.
